Congratulations on finally getting Tenneesse out! I'm ordering from the site now!!! I'm so excited as I have followed your career since first hearing the Pendulum album. "Memories" still makes me quiver! I was lucky to see you perform in my hometown, San Francisco back in 2002 I believe. You are by far one of the fiercest perfomers! Your style, essence and sound is truly unique and I thank God for artists like you! You're already a legend in my mind! Can't wait to hear the new album! This is history. I've been talking about Tennessee Slim for the longest and now that it's out, I will be speading the werd. I pre-odered mine so hopefully I'll be getting some food for the soul soon enough.

"That's the Truth" has been played on myspace from her page countless times and the day I get this c.d., I will be bumpin' it at my job cuz people need real music!

Joi..on the real I was kinda thrown off by the price of the cd..but you did this all yourself ma..and I know sh*t takes money! I've waited so long for this cd and I'm so happy that you are a strong artist and was able to get this cd out on your own. I love your music..I love your style. I'm going to rock the hell out of this cd!!!

I was so excited to read that the album just dropped...i had to pull out my credit card (even though it needed the paypal account ..but i had that too) and buy the cd...now normally i be cheap and shop around for the album but this one i'm sure is well worth my money! congratulations Joi....you know i'm bout to spread the word
